Main Street Cupertino | City of Cupertino
Main Street Cupertino, located on a 19-acre site on Stevens Creek Boulevard between Wolfe Road and Tantau Avenue, is now open.  The project by Sand Hill Property Company includes a “Main Street” style pedestrian experience and provides high-quality shopping, dining, and office opportunities in the City of Cupertino.  Main Street Cupertino includes a 1.55-acre town square, 120 apartments, a 180-room hotel, 130,500 square feet of retail, and 260,000 square feet of office.

The City of Cupertino retained DJP&A in 2008 to prepare the environmental review for the development.  DJP&A worked with the City to complete the EIR and subsequent addenda to the EIR that analyzed modifications to the mix and intensity of the various land uses on-site.
