Prometheus Real Estate Group, the largest private owner of multi-family properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, proposed to construct a 162-unit, four-story apartment complex along El Camino Real, the main thoroughfare in the residential areas of Mountain View and greater Silicon Valley.  In completing the environmental review for this development, DJP&A identified mitigation for potential impacts from the project (e.g. hazardous materials from agricultural uses), and also found that the project offered environmental benefits to the City by providing much-needed housing.
