Environmental Impact Report
TMG Partners is constructing two, six-story office buildings totaling approximately 385,000 square feet on Clyde Avenue in the City of Mountain View. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, the buildings will ultimately be occupied by Samsung in conjunction with the Samsung America Headquarters project in North San José.
DJP&A completed an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to evaluate this project, which was designed to provide flexible office space while incorporating environmentally-friendly features. Notably, the buildings will seek LEED Platinum certification and will include amenities such as bicycle parking and lockers, showers for bicyclists, carpool and vanpool facilities, on-site dining and exercise facilities, and transit commute incentives to promote alternative modes of travel.
Through clear and ongoing communications with the City of Mountain View, Principal Project Manager Akoni Danielsen was able to provide a complete, independent analysis of the project’s environmental effects within the City’s intended schedule.
