Adam Garcia | Assistant Project Manager
Adam brings a diverse background in planning and conservation to DJP&A, with over 12 years of experience working to improve the Bay Area’s communities and landscapes. Through CEQA, he has supported the environmental review for development projects in Calistoga, Petaluma, Cotati, and Santa Rosa. In addition, Adam is credited with ground-breaking contributions to the Bay Area planning community, such as leading the innovative At-Risk report by Greenbelt Alliance, co-creating the Bay Area Greenprint online planning tool, and supporting environmental policy advancements in Plan Bay Area.
Having joined DJP&A in 2021, Adam’s extensive experience in policy research and geospatial analysis lends excellent support to the comprehensive evaluation and preparation of environmental review documents. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles. Adam enjoys running, biking, carpentry, gardening, and exploring the world with his infant son during his free time.
