1720-1730 El Camino Real Residential | City of Mountain View
Initial Study

Prometheus Real Estate Group, the largest private owner of multi-family properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, proposed to construct a 162-unit, four-story apartment complex along El Camino Real, the main thoroughfare in the residential areas of Mountain View and greater Silicon Valley.  In completing the environmental review for this development, DJP&A identified mitigation for potential impacts from the project (e.g. hazardous materials from agricultural uses), and also found that the project offered environmental benefits to the City by providing much-needed housing.

Judy Fenerty was the Project Manager and Judy Shanley the Principal for the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the project.  With the project now under construction, housing on this site is expected to be available by 2016.
