Julie joined DJP&A in 2000 and specializes in CEQA and NEPA environmental review for public facility and infrastructure projects. Julie provides strategic guidance to public agencies in developing their project approach and navigating the state and federal environmental review requirements. She excels at managing complex analyses, integrating multiple technical issues and reports, meeting rigorous timelines, and maintaining continuity and consistency in all aspects of the environmental review.
Julie has completed the environmental review for numerous parks, libraries, schools, fire stations, police stations, waste to energy facilities, and utility infrastructure projects. A few of Julie’s notable public facility and infrastructure projects include the Guadalupe Gardens Master Plan in San Jose, the Cooley Landing Park in East Palo Alto, the Dry-Fermentation Anaerobic Digestion Facility in Alviso, the Bair Island Restoration and Management Plan in Redwood City, the Portola Valley Town Center, and the Silicon Valley Clean Water 48-inch Force Main Reliability and Improvement Project.
