Jodi Starbird | Principal Project Manager
With almost 30 years of experience preparing CEQA and NEPA compliance documents, Jodi has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the environmental review process. Her command of CEQA and NEPA is reflected in the breadth of her project experience: She has managed the environmental review for planning endeavors such as the Diridon Station Master Plan, Coyote Valley Specific Plan, and Coyote Creek Trail Master Plan; large-scale commercial developments including the Westfield Valley Fair Mall; open space and recreational uses like the Stevens Creek Trail; and utility, transportation, and infrastructure projects such as the Kingridge Sewer Line in San Mateo and the San Tomas Expressway Widening Project. Coupled with her steadfast determination to complete a project efficiently, Jodi is an effective project manager who will ensure that environmental review is conducted in a comprehensive and timely manner.
Jodi graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning (City and Regional Planning Emphasis). Jodi is an avid parks and trails supporter and enjoys spending time outdoors.
