Max Russer | Assistant Project Manager
Max joined DJP&A in 2015 after graduating from the University of California, Davis with degrees in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning and International Relations. At UC Davis, Max interned for the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research where he assisted in statewide drought relief efforts.
Since joining DJP&A, Max has worked on environmental review documents for a variety of projects including the Half Moon Bay Library Replacement project, Supermicro Green Park Project Master Plan (Phase II), and Fremont Union High School District Measure K projects. While Max is knowledgeable about a range of environmental resource topics, he is most interested in sustainable energy development and its role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
